Recordings all deleted and BBC iPlayer error.

Good evening,

I've a V6 box upgraded several months ago to 360.

Last night I went to watch a recording and all my recorded shows and planned recordings were gone!

Tried rebooting everything and still nothing. So I did a complete factory reset of the 360 box.

Got re-signed in to all my apps which work, except BBC iPlayer which now gives a 02050 error code. Tried rebooting 360 and router, several times now, still the same problem. iPlayer working fine on all other devices.

I can rewind live shows, and I've subsequently planned a recording which worked and is still there, but no iPlayer.

Any help appreciated 🙂

        Email received this morning: "Fault Ref: F012029606

        The latest update is: Our engineer is on site and they're working to fix the problem

        We now expect to have this resolved by 2025-10-15T16:00:00

        The Virgin Media Team"
