Recording deleted
I did a reset on my box and selected keep recordings but the box has deleted them anyway. I’m guessing there’s no way of me getting these back?

No. However it may no available on-demand or catch up? If the box keeps deleting stuff, it may need replacing.

Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your TV box. Unfortunately, the recording would be gone forever, but as Adduxi stated, the show may be available via on-demand or catch-up services
