Re: Upgrade to TV360 not received remote control.

Put in a order to upgrade an old Tivo box to a new 360 as per the email I received. This was 10 days ago and heard nothing since. I have an order number given from a email automated reply, but no orders showing in my Virgin account. Any ideas?

    Should have put V6 box in the title, not Tivo box!

      Is it something you really want to do ? What do you hope to gain? The 360 is a downgrade of a lot of the Tivo features.

      It's not a "new 360". You keep the same box but with a complete change to the operating software. You can't change it back, so hopefully you'll like it. Many don't.
