Re: Free UHD Channels

I received an email offering free UHD channels (Sky Cinema F1 and other UHD channels) for 2 weeks over Easter. 
Cannot get it to work and speak to Customer service they didn’t appear to be aware but felt it warranted sending out an engineer. 
He wasn’t aware either and couldn’t understand why he had been sent out. 
Second time I’ve had an issue like this. 
Can anyone shed any light on this??
