Re: Constant error code 02050 accessing BBC Sounds

I have just upgraded from Virgin V6 to 360 and it is excellent, except when trying to access any BBC Sounds apps. I have carried out all the suggestion on Google/AI but nothing is correcting this. I’m told to update the app, but there is no menu for this in Settings. Really not sure what to do next ?
