We are having trouble with pixelation on Sky Witness- both first episodes of the new season of Chicago Fire and Chicago PD
it is happening on both my TIVO boxes so the issue isn’t box related - we’d love to be able to actually watch these
many suggestions welcome

If it's a recording you are having problems with it could be a box problem or a signal problem. If you watch on live TV on both boxes at the same time do you see a pixelation problem. If you have 2 updated V6 to 360 boxes you would need to record the same programme on both boxes to see if it's only one box with either a signal problem or a box problem, if you made the recording on one box and there is a problem you will see that on both boxes when trying to watch the recording.
Oops sorry - I’m so ditzy- thanks for your comments- it’s the 360 in both rooms, recordings, no idea if live was affected. I didn’t check tonight when we were trying to watch Chicago pd but a few days ago it was both recording and catch up- although they appear to be one and the same thing (?)
No problems, I'll move the thread to the 360 forum.
I've played series 13, episode 1 of Chicago PD without any problems by going to TV Shows > Channels > Sky Witness. I haven't tried Chicago Fire although that's available from the same section.
Do you have problems with any other programs on Sky Witness?
What happens if you record the programs from channel 310 (Sky Witness +1)
You've posted in the V6 forum, advising that you have a pixelation problem on your tivo box - however you've previously posted that you have an issue with your 360 box <Here>
Which actual box do you have ? 360 and Stream boxes have remote controls that have a voice button. V6 and the older tivo boxes use peanut shaped remote controls and they don't have a voice button.
Also, is the pixelation on the live channel, a recording, or on catch up/on demand service?
