pairing issue with 360

Having installed my 360 and setting it up I now have a pairing issue with my JVC soundbar and E Arc as the sound display constantly pops up on my tv and because I can't un pair them WELL DONE VIRGIN media another technical masterpiece there goes my home cinema set
