Mine came in 2 days, I also got no confirmation until a text arrived from Yodel. But then upgrade still didn't work and after contacting customer support they appear to have managed to brick my existing box so I now have no TV for the weekend or for the the final!
Suggest if you try the upgrade and it doesn't work to not bother and ask for your money back

Can I just check was this upgrade to start right away or was it in 30 days time?
Have you heard anything since Saturday?
