Ordered 360 Upgrade. No confirmation or remote control

I ordered the free upgrade via live chat last Saturday as both 360 boxes gave error when trying through the app.

I’ve not got any confirmation of this change and no shipping information from Yodel.

how long does this usually take?

  • Mine came in 2 days, I also got no confirmation until a text arrived from Yodel. But then upgrade still didn't work and after contacting customer support they appear to have managed to brick my existing box so I now have no TV for the weekend or for the the final!

    Suggest if you try the upgrade and it doesn't work to not bother and ask for your money back

    Can I just check was this upgrade to start right away or was it in 30 days time? 

    Have you heard anything since Saturday?

      I assumed the upgrade would be processed straight away. I’ve not heard anything since ending the web chat.
