Ordered 360 Upgrade. No confirmation or remote control

I ordered the free upgrade via live chat last Saturday as both 360 boxes gave error when trying through the app. I’ve not got any confirmation of this change and no shipping information from Yodel. ...

Can I just check was this upgrade to start right away or was it in 30 days time? 

Have you heard anything since Saturday?

I assumed the upgrade would be processed straight away. I’ve not heard anything since ending the web chat.
