Was this a 360 contract renewal or a switch from V6 to 360. If it was just a 360 contract renewal then nothing should have happened.

Thanks for getting back to me. My thoughts exactly. After hours on the phone and three tech visits magically all is as it should be. But what incompetence by VM when I renewed with identical package. Jaypea

Sorry to hear you're not currently having a great service on your 360 service. When you say you no longer have the option to play a programme from the start, please can you expand on this? Are you referring to when you've selected a channel after a programme has already started and you're unable to go back past the point of when you selected the channel in question?
