On demand tv channels not working temporarily unavailable ring 150 if its still ongoing

I keep getting error messages appearing through on demand section it states if you keep getting this  message like this service is temporary unavailable please ring 150 or o8454 451 111 to report the issue twice it's happened and last might when I searched it it said this site is temporary unavailable then I rebooted the 360 and its fine did a search today nothing happened but it might go again

    If rebooting your box doesn't fix the issue then it sounds like it was a temporary service fault. 

     Usually you should run the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area. You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

    If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This is generally  better  as it gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

      @newapollo I tried contacting virgin media on messenger last night and before they said try rebooting your tv box or its broadband connection fault did a reboot charge seems fine today and it worked fine last night

      @newapollo ran a service check nothing found hope it doesn't happen again tonight fingers crossed
