It’s taken me a year to watch a show, now I’ve started a new one, rhymes with Zobranoes. I really like it but not family viewing. I have a Now TV subscription, but lo, behold no Now TV app available on the TV with the Virgin 360. Pray tell, how can I log in to watch Zobranoes? I’m not someone who just streams on a phone.

You are correct. VM does not have the Now TV app, nor does it carry Sky Atlantic due to the exorbitant price Sky were asking to carry it. Sky sees VM as direct competition, so don't expect much more than you already have.
Get a Fire TV stick. Now TV is available there.
If you have a smart TV you will probably have the app on your TV, it's there on my LG TV, go to the apps on your TV and sign in if you already have a subscription.
I use a Roku Stick to watch Now TV and the quality is very good. VM does not carry the Now TV App I'm afraid.
