Noisy box after 360 upgrade

I recently upgraded to tv360 and now, after a few minutes, the box makes a high pitch whirring sound,presumably the fan. The box is well ventilated. I have tried contacting Virgin via phone and online and have yet to get past the bots. I was even directed to what’s app but they didn’t reply. Any suggestions how to solve this or at least speak to a human?
