12 days now with no tv in Slough area. 5 different fix dates and just moved again today to next Wednesday. How hard is it to connect 2 cables together. Seriously virgin how can there be no tv for what will be over 2 weeks and probably more. Virgin wanted over £800 early cancellation fee as I was fed up. Third time this has happened

The TV service is not covered by the compensation. It’s only broadband and telephone.
I assumed a broadband subscription was also used, maybe not?
