No TV - Virgin 360 on V6 box stuck on black screen with red Virgin media logo

Changed to V360 about a week ago. Has stopped working and won’t boot up. Gets stuck on the black screen with the red logo. 2 questions:

  1. How to fix this?
  2. How will VM compensate me for having no TV which I am paying for?

      You need to contact Virgin if you have checked on the forum and tried all the reboot methods.

      You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

      You can also try WhatsApp.

      I don't think you can get compensation best place to check might be on the app.

        I’m paying for a service and not receiving it. So I must be compensated.
