No signal on one of 2 boxes after 360 upgrade

I have 2 V6 boxes.  The upgrade happened yesterday, 1 box is fine, the other not.  It reboots with the Welcome message, then 'Please wait' for a few seconds, then screen goes blank, with a right light on the box and the 2 red arrows on the box display, but they disappear eventually.  Have tried rebooting and holding the buttons for 30 seconds etc

I swapped the boxes around as a way to check connections etc, and the issue followed the box, so it proves all my equipment etc is fine.

    Welcome back to the community forums. 

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with one of your set-top boxes when upgrading. 

    Do you see any error messages or error codes at all on the screen from the set-top box that isn't working? 

    If so, does running the tests here help resolve the issue?

      Hi Carley

      I have no messages or codes, the TV reports as having no signal at all.  The power light on the box remains red, and I am unable to get it to do anything unless I power off then back on. When I do that, I get the welcome message, then please wait message, before that disappears and all goes blank

    The 2 red arrows should go white & stop flashing before disappearing when a connection to the server is established. Makes me think it’s a connection issue.

      The other box works fine, and when I swapped their positions, the issue moved with the box. I've also tried it connected to hub via ethernet cable, and no change, as such, respectfully,  I dont think it is connection related
