New tv cant log in app

So new tv but i can not log the virgin media app in.
So far reset the router   Reset the Tivo box  reset the tv

Tried through mobile sign in, tryed through pc sign, tried iPad

tried different browseers.
STILL unable to sig in.  This after 3 days of trying!!!!!
I'am sure you will understand the £$%^&%%$£ language.

Come on virgin everbody else can do it.
BBC i palyer, ITX X, Chanel 5, LG tv, etc....
