New tv 360- rubbish

This 360 is a massive step backwards. So unuser friendly.

1stly when switching not advised that current recordings and series links would be deleted. Since downloading upgrade to box, recordings fail, cant pause tv or rewind so now have to wait on engineer to come out.

Functions from previous v6 no longer work. Series links unable to edit without deleting and resetting. When deleting recordings they magically reappear. Unable to recover deleted recordings. We have 2 boxes - cant watch a recording from 2nd box on 1st box when the 2nd  is in standby mode. App has function for you to set recordings from the app - but if box in standby this wont work !

When setting a series link and choosing which box to record to - sometime you dont get an option

Absolute rubbish and wish we hadnt switched

    As many have discovered, it's a migration to a totally different TV platform, that happens to be the property of VMs new parent company.

    It is also a server centric system, not a box centric system, hence your recordings reappearing as te server holds the master list. The system is also based on one recording location. If one of your boxes is not on "active start" or "fast start", the server sees it as an error, so make sure both are available 24/7.

    You are also missing features that are TiVO patented, so cannot be copied to another platform.

    All the fun of companies having new owners I'm afraid.
