Have you tried calling Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or you could try the chat. The other option is to wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
Is it the power cable from the mains socket to the power supply you need or the actual AC / DC power supply that has a damaged cable to the 360.

Hi John,
It's the power cable that leads from the mains plug, to the back of the TV box. It is only the part from the mains plug to the box adapter that's needed but I presume you don't just supply this part.
