My netflix has just been hacked. Virgin media you have been very unhelpful. Why can they just shut that account down not only have i been hacked but they changed it to premium and I am being charged more for something I can't use

Contact Netflix directly. It's their people who'll sort it out. Happened to me and sorted within 10 minutes.
Did you get this sorted and how as it has just been done to me and netflix say they need a service code. Which i can't find probably because how ever is using my account hs locked the profile with a code
