Netflix hacked
Reported that Netflix has been hacked and am totally locked out. Not able to tell me when it would be fixed or give any updates. Pretty poor customer service. Anyone help?

Netflix being hacked is very common - doesn't matter whether you go via VirginMedia, Sky, direct or any other payment route. Usually ends up in Spanish.
You have to contact Netflix xustomer services via their website to get the account restored back to you.
I did and they wanted a code number. Because I was totally locked out said I had to go via Virgin. Done that but nothing has changed.
Thanks. Have reported it to the helpline but not very reassuring. Just wondered about others experience.
