My 360 box keeps losing my recordings
This must be the 5th or 6th time now that my box has randomly lost all it's recordings.
I have following all the previous advice on each occasion (thanks roy247 for your posted article).
I must have a faulty box, so can someone from Virgin please reach out to me for a resolution.
Thanks for sorting out a new box for me. It’s all installed and working fine.
