Multiple error codes CS2002, 2217, 2214, 2200

I have been having trouble playing recordings on my TV360 box and the mini box for several weeks. The recording starts to play and then stops. I can sometimes rewind and then fast forward over the trouble spot. Hardly ideal, and invariably it fails to play again later in the recording. The error messages I have been getting on recordings are CS2214, CS2200, and CS2217. I also have started to get CS2202 channel fail message on live TV? Does this sound like an hard drive issue? I have followed the normal advice of resetting the boxes but this hasn't helped.

  • How are both boxes connected to the hub ethernet cable or wi-fi. If the main box is connected by wi-fi try using an ethernet cable.

    Do you have problems just pausing and rewinding live TV on the main box.

    We're sorry to hear of the TV service issues watching recordings on your 360 box, we appreciate you taking the time to raise these via the forums and welcome to the community.

     

    There are helpful trouble shooting tips here for the errors you're getting, error code CS2202 and CS2214 aren't available but the other two are there and following the steps may help resolve the other error codes.

  • Thanks for your replies. I have connected the main box to the hub via an ethernet cable. I was hopeful that the issues were gone, but now I get a random error message CS2002 Channel Failed on live TV. I can clear the error message and carry on watching, but this is annoying. The general online advice is circular and does not give a solution.
