Error CS2002

Well I "upgraded" to a 360 box and set up went fine. Except I couldn't access the channel 4 app for catch up and one or two other things were glitchy like it wouldn't pair with itv app either. So I thought I'd switch it off at the plug and see if that helped. It didn't and now I get error messages, this channel has failed, we can't show you this channel, check your cables etc. Checked cables, factory reset twice and I can't watch anything. Just tried to watch a recording and now it's completely crashed.

  • Error code.  CS2002.  I have been experiencing the same problem for the past 2 days.  Have run all the same tests but nothing has worked. Please advise.

    Some of the older V6 boxes just don't like the 360 software upgrade.  The only solution is another 360 box.

      Wonder what VM do with all the boxes knackered by being "upgraded" to 360. They must have many skip loads of them. Send them to Honduras to be recycled in the sea ?
