Moved House twice - Used to have Mini Box - now not on the contract - how do I get multi room use back.
I have just moved hose for the second time this year. TV 360 up and running. I used to have a mini box cabled into a bedroom on my contract up until March 2025, this was dropped (without my knowledge) when I moved to my sons house. I have now moved to my own house and want this back.
The installation engineer suggested a stream box as he did not have an order to install mini box. I think this would work, how do I get one without paying extra ?
In addition I am concerned my contract price goes up very high in May 2026 compared to current offers. Will Virgin Media negotiate a lower priced new deal to include the stream tv box?
Ideas or help from the Virgin Media team appreciated.
