Missing power cable

Hello, 

I was not given a power cable or PSU adapter for my virgin media 360 TV box during the initial set up and I never realised as I didn't have a TV to use it with up until recently. 

I am unable to get in contact with a member of customer support to sort this out so hopefully the problem with be resolved here instead.
