Missing channels
Why can’t I get sky sports channels 502/503 and 504 on my downstairs 360 box. They are available to view on my 2nd upstairs box.?

If you have only recently added Sky Sports the update might not have add correctly to both boxes. Is it only these 3 channels that don't work.
If the other box is a mini box and the reboot doesn't work try a factory reset.

Have you tried rebooting the box, or swapping the boxes around?
Do you see any error codes and message such as /check/tv-error-codes/cs2004/ ?
Check that the cabling is tight and free from any kinks.
Have you used the /check-services/ function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
