If it's still the same a factory reset is always a good place to start using the keep recordings option.
It's only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options,
Keep Recordings
Format Disk
Choose Keep Recordings, that means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, you will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV-X again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.

That's happened to me in the past when the 360 box hasn't recognised that it has a working internet connection. In the past it's been fixed by either rebooting both the hub and 360 box, or by setting up the internet connection again on the 360 box via Settings > System > Change connection type.
(It's odd as usually when the box thinks it's lost interent connection it either displays CS9993 and refuses to go into Settings, or TBA is announced in a lot of the EPG schedules)
