Just tried to watch ITVX box crashed and now will not turn on

9pm, just tried to watch ITVX, TV screen went pink, then black. Remote/TV box unresponsive, rebooting gets to welcome screen, then briefly "Please Wait" then nothing. Power light on box is red. As it's after 9pm. no support staff available.

    You could try turning off the 360 at switch on the back of the box, then on the 360 box hold down both the power button and the + button at the same time.

    Then turn on the 360 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.

    The box should reboot, the power button will turn blue, and it should reset and boot up normally as a 360.

    If that doesn't work then you can call Virgin from 8am Sunday morning.

    Thanks, will make a note of this for future reference. Eventually got back up and running after rebooting the router then the TV box. Can't really understand why this happened in the first place.
