ITV +1 is displaying in 4:3
Hello, since a few days ago the ITV +1 channel is displaying in 4:3. No other channels are doing this. Any one else?

Still happening in the Tyne and Wear region- very annoying
Just had a VM engineer over who hadn't seen this problem before but she spoke to a couple of colleagues who have advised that the problem was caused by the latest software update to the boxes. hopefully the problem should be sorted in the next update
Box just updated to v5.08.
It’s not fixed this problem.
I’m having the same problem in the North West… started a few days ago and not fixed despite software update.

I'm in the North West, local news is Granada reports just to make sure we have the same feed, just checked ITV + 1 and it's not in 4:3, is it certain programmes or everything. My box is running V5.08 but didn't have a problem before the software update.
Hi, yes I’m in Granadaland too and all seems to be back to normal again now!
For the past few days I've seen a status notice about itv+1. Could this be the issue you're seeing?
Can confirm it’s fixed - same reference in that picture that the team gave me when I raised a complaint 🙂
Any way to get compensation for this? It's been over a month

TV is never as important as broadband or phone, so there is no automatic compensation.
The "+1" channels are injected into the network by regional headends, so can vary. In the reported cases it seems as if the format was wrong in some regions.
This has now been fixed in the East Mids, well for me at least.
