Issue with video format after update

My TV 360 box has recently updated to 5:18 and in addition to the issue with the Home Screen there is a problem with the video format. My Phillips OLED tv now displays video format not supported for anything played via the virgin box, streaming direct is fine. I’ve tried changing all the output settings in the virgin box and everything on the TV but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried going ingo the settings of the 360 box? You can change the settings and format in the box rather than the TV it self.

    The video settings were unchanged on the 360 boxes when they updated to version 5.18 so the box should continue to work as before.   

    Have you checked that the HDMI cable hasn't worked loose?

    It would be a good idea to try a different HDMI cable and/or port.

    Have you tested the 360 box with a different TV?
