Intermittently, free apps such as iPlayer and ITVX just present a blank screen. Paid for apps such as Netflix and Prime are fine. I can however get to iPlayer etc by returning to my old Samsung TV control the I used under Tivo and using the Smarthub button.

Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your free TV applications. Please could you reboot your TV box by unplugging it at the wall socket for around 30 seconds then plug it back in, then try using the applications again?
