Hi Gazz911,
First thing is to check your coax cable connection is OK.
It would help if you say which channels as they are broadcast on different mux's, for example if it's TNT Sports 2 then Sky Nature HD, Sky Sports Golf HD, Sky News HD, Sky Kids HD and BBC 2 HD would all be affected and could be a signal problem.
If this is the case then you would need to call Virgin to report a problem and the engineer can check and adjust signal levels if required or replace the box if faulty.

Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. You're likely to need either an engineer visit or a replacement box, depending on what VM's remote diagnostics turn up. As mentioned - it won't alter the advice, but details of specific channels affected could certainly help confirm the diagnosis.
First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.
150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

Hi Gazz911 ,
Thank you for your post and I am sorry to hear you have been having some issues with your sports channels 😔
I have checked our systems and there are no outages in your area that could be causing this. I can see your box is unreachable, so if you can turn it on and let us know we can run some further checks. I can also see you have not rebooted your hub in over 30 days, if you can reboot and let us know if this helps.
Thank you roy247 and japitts for your advice and help 😊

To have that many channels affected, there's a clear service fault. Live TV doesn't use the internet so rebooting your hub is futile.
I would recommend referring to the third post in this thread for your next steps.
