I can’t get any help from virgin media

Hi my 360 box has continuous pixel breakup also sound breakup on all channels we cannot watch anything tried all virgin media phone numbers that’s a joke round and round in circles then it says goodbye how do I get help to sort this problem which I am paying for and can’t use please. 
I am in NG10 area when I tried to check for issues on status it does not recognise my name or phone but then does and says goodbye. Thanks

  • I have the same issue RG12 area. The automated phone system is a joke.

      When I try entering my postcode and surname on the online system it says 

      Sorry, we couldn't find your account

      Either go back to check your details and try again, or continue by signing in to your My Virgin Media account instead.
