Home button not working correctly on remote / tv screen

Hi - I’m having problems with using the Home button on my remote. Pressing the button takes me to the Home Screen but thereafter the tv sticks with no other actions possible from the remote ie can’t move sideways to say Apps or Recordings. Only way to escape is to reboot or leave alone for some time and then it goes back to the last screen). With everything else the remote works correctly ( I can even call up things like Apps and Recordings via the microphone).

Any way this can be corrected / remedied ?

    Thanks for your post! Sorry to hear you seem to be having issues with your TV service.

    There is a possibility that this issue is with the actual box rather than the remote, so we'd recommend having an engineer come and visit. They can either just replace the remote or the TV box instead depending on what's causing the issue.
