Help needed...

So, recently upgraded to 360.  Received new remote and it looks to be activated and up and running. However, I can't access content on BBC iPlayer (which I can via laptop) or any other of the common catch up channels I could, such as More 4, ITVX etc.  BBC keeps saying there's an error loading content, the others want me to subscribe.  

What do I need to do to get these up and running, any ideas please?
