Haven't received the items

I received a message from Virgin Media yesterday (29 march 2024) saying that my new package kit will be delivered today by Yodel. 
So, I have had to cancel my pre-scheduled visit and stay at home all day. Unfortunately, I haven't received any delivery from Yodel today. Haven't even received any message either from Virgon Media or Yodel.
  • What are you actually expecting, if it's just an update from V6 to 360 you should receive a new remote or 2 if you have 2 V6 boxes, the software will then be downloaded to your box or boxes.
