Gold tv channel is breaking up
On channel 124 it's breaking up slightly not sure why what it can be down to

I've checked the cable lead connection that connects the 360 and broadband seems fine and checked cables connection behind the 360 box and broadband hub everything seems fine just a slight interference on channel at times seems sorted
Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. Try rebooting your box once, if symptoms persist then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. You're likely to need either an engineer visit or a replacement box, depending on what VM's remote diagnostics turn up.
First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.
150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.
@japitts I've ran a test on virgin service status app for any issues nothing found on the test results shows up as good 👍
If U&Drama 116, TNT Sports 4, Sky Premier, Sky Showcase, Sky Greats and U& Yesterday are also breaking up and no other channels then you need your signal levels adjusting because they are all on the same mux.
You will need an engineer visit to tweak your signal levels in the street cabinet.

You can't check it yourself but if all these channels are affected they are all broadcast on the same mux, so if it's a signal level problem they should all be effected.

@roy247 hero I've only got u and drama and sky showcase and u and yesterday not got tnt sports channel and sky Premier ill check other channels to see if there affected I know music channel that's what I call music 80s is affected sometimes
@roy247 hero I've done a quick channel test nothing seems to be affected all channels seems fine at the moment untill one goes awol which ever that is but everything seems fine at the moment fingers. Crossed
