Free Apps not working

We have been having trouble with Apps for last week or so. Up until today the ones we subscribe to we couldn’t get into, today they are fine. All the free Apps Iplayer etc go to a black screen but won’t return to the tv. I then have to switch everything off and restart box.

    We're sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with the apps. 

    Just to clarify for us please, is this now resolved? Or are the apps still giving a black screen?
