Fault loading apps

Iโ€™ve logged a fault with Virgin Media regards Apps (Netflix, My5, ITVX etc) not loading and have heard nothing back. I have a reference number. Is there somewhere I can track progress? After much Googling and following suggestions I can not find anywhere to track this fault. I dread phoning them up again!

    What's the issue you have, and what's the fault ref?

    This is primarily a user-user forum, but VM staff do respond if you don't mind waiting a few days.
