Error Channel failed

I keep getting Channel Failed error code CS2002 coming up. Inside back box. Says unable to show channel. Check cables reboot etc. I press ok and it’s fine but keeps coming back.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV service at the moment. Are you having any broadband issues at the same time as the issues with your TV service? Also, is this happening on all TV channels or just certain ones?
