Disney+ paramount + and netflix

Still looking for solutions on an ongoing issue with Disney +, paramount + and netflix app all dropping frames

Is there nobody that can help from virgin on these forums?

I have factory reset my sony bravia android tv and everything works perfectly when I use the apps installed on there

When using these apps via the virgin 360 box they drop frames

Reset the 360 box countless times

I have a hub 5, new hdmi 8k cable, 1 gig full fiber, using ethernet 

Anyone have any ideas?
