Disgusted
Last night a recording was corrupted for nearly 30 minutes. wth is going on. I don't expect to be paying £125 a month for such shoddy service Take this as a formal complaint. I have a video as evidence but of course can't attach this. I don't expect a response as I've come to expect Virgin not respecting their customer. Don't forget we pay your salaries as well as paying for the "service".
