Disgusted

Last night a recording was corrupted for nearly 30 minutes. wth is going on. I don't expect to be paying £125 a month for such shoddy service  Take this as a formal complaint. I have a video as evidence but of course can't attach this. I don't expect a response as I've come to expect Virgin not respecting their customer. Don't forget we pay your salaries as well as paying for the "service".

    This forum isn't the means to lodge formal complaints, but you can certainly use it to report faults. I can see you've posted a few times in recent months with similar issues, so I wonder whether you have an as-yet-undiagnosed signal fault.

    A pixellated recording - which is what I assume you're reporting - will either be a result of the live TV feed having a fault at the time, or a hard drive problem. A hard drive fault will affect all recorded & delayed content.

    Do you have any problems with your live TV feed currently? Can you view the same channel you recorded last night? Try pausing live TV for a short time and view it delayed - is this also corrupted/pixellated?
