Disgusting customer service
I recently made an appointment for a router move (8-1pm) and no-one showed up. I called the call centre and they told me someone had called me and decided that as my wifi was good I didn't need the appointment and cancelled it (without telling me BTW)
So, to be clear, no-one called me, as I had the phone with me all morning and there were no missed calls, however, I booked a router move!!!! - so why would they just cancel and make that decision for me??
So not only did they lie about the call, after wasting my whole morning, which I took off work, but they thought it was acceptable to cancel the appointment because my wifi was good, unbelievable!!
I lodged a complaint and they promised me someone would call that evening, guess what, no-one called and now it is four days later and no-one has contacted me, no text, no email, no call.
I also booked another appointment for this Thursday and I have had no confirmation of that appointment either.
How can I trust this company??
