Deleted Recordings
Do recordings get deleted automatically after certain amount of time or is it because I am up to 94% of storage used have 360 box can you retrieve recordings with this box

There is an Auto delete option I think the default is off which is usually the best option, I would prefer to manage my own recordings and rarely go over 50-60%.
Press Home > Recordings > Recorded > View All > Manage Storage > Enter your pin > Auto delete when space needed > Set to Off or On if you prefer.
There is no undelete option or recovery option with the 360, it is something that has been asked for since the 360 was released over 5 years ago.
Horizon 360 was designed by VMs parent company for cloud based recordings. This is the way it is used in the rest of Europe. It is only due to broadcaster restrictions here in the UK & Eire that the "storage location" has to be in your property & not elsewhere. The issue is that it remains a server driven system. The servers do not have a recycle bin. You either have the recording listed or you don't.
