CS2214

We are starting to experience the CS2214 error issue affecting live pausing, rewind and recordings playback.

This happened before and the box reset/format etc. had corrected it but now it is happening again and these troubleshooting box/cabling steps do not rectify it anymore.

Think the box HD is failing!

    Sorry to hear of the set top box issues, we appreciate you raising it via the forums.

     

    From what you have advised it does sound like a hard drive issues particularly with it impacting pausing, rewinding and playback for the live TV service.
