Cs2000 error

Hi

Cannot rewind or pause tv any ideas was thinking maybe hard drive trouble.  Thanks

    The failure to rewind or pause live TV is generally a pointer to a hard drive failure. This usually ties in with recordings being deleted without you deleting them, and having to sign into all apps repeatedly.

    It can also manifest as the hard drive appearing to be full.

     How much free space is showing on your hard drive?

    Recordings > Recorded > View all > It will show the percentage used in the top left hand corner of this screen.

    You should also check the cabling, especially the small white converter lead which can cause the  picture to break up if it's slack.

    If the issue still persists arfter checking your cabling and storage then you should call 150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
