Continue Watching rail has disappeared

At some point in time yesterday, the 'Continue Watching' rail disappeared from both my 360 box and my 360 mini box. It is still available in the Virgin TV Go app but not on either of the TV boxes. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution?

  • I also have this problem and have issues regarding the TV Shows and Channels function which comes up with a 'There's nothing under this filter' message. Have done a partial factory reset but that has not corrected the issue. Have contacted Virgin  but they are yet to contact me back

  • Mines disappeared too! Must be a national issue and hope it gets resolved fast
