Constant errors

After installing the 360 "upgrade" I've had nothing but trouble. The box will reboot, deleting recordings and planned recordings even though i have it set in recording options not to delete them. I get cs2214 errors regular. I have factory reset it twice with no difference. Also, not a big issue but Youtube doesn't work.

  • If the 360 has deleted your recordings and planned recordings it's a sign that the box is faulty.

    You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

    Is YouTube the only app not working.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
