Channel failed

I get a CS2004 error code and cannot watch any live TV.

I have unplugged all coax cables and re connected 

rebooted and factory reset the 360 box

checked all other connections 

still getting the same issue.

This is the first time trying to set virgin 360 box up and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong
